Keeping, storing and handling data:

All data shared with Divine Oracle is private and confidential and shall not be kept any longer than lawfully required. This is inclusive but not exclusive to name, age date of birth, address, relatives or any other identifying factors.

All card details and transactions are confidential and will not be kept on file.

All paid readings will be confidential unless discussed with the querent. Confidentially policy will be broken in the event of any confessions to harming or plans to harm another.

  • I will treat every client with respect and dignity and you shall do the same in return. If the client is seen to be aggressive or disrespectful concurrently any booking will be finalised and no refund will be returned.

  • Payment for Spiritual Coaching is paid in advance of the package starting. If you change your mind before your appointment day you will receive a full refund.

    Tarot reading and mediumship services have an initial deposit to be paid prior to the booking and final payment to be made after services have been delivered. The deposit is non-refundable and secures your space.

  • I offer spiritual coaching to all ages as I believe anyone can benefit from this service.

    Tarot and mediumship services I offer from 16 years+ without parent consent.

    Anyone seen to break this policy will be banned from communication until they come of age.

  • All services are available via video call.

    Any client who wishes to book a face to face booking must arrange the venue or speak to me prior in order to arrange this.

    If no venue is arranged when I arrive on the appointment day, payment will still be expected but services may not be able to take place.

  • I understand that there may be times when you do not agree with me or my services. If you have any complaints please do bring them to my attention and I will always work hard to find a resolution. Anyone seen to be sabotaging Divine Oracle will be reported and matters will go further.
